SMS Opt-In & Disclosure

This page exists to show, in one place, the exact consent language that Rainier Facility Solutions presents at every SMS opt-in collection point on this website. It is provided to support carrier and aggregator verification of our A2P 10DLC messaging program. For the complete legal terms governing our SMS program, see Section 11 of our Terms of Service. How to opt in
You can opt in to the Rainier Facility Solutions SMS Program through any of the following methods:
- Submit the Free Quote, Contact, or Careers form on this website and affirmatively check the SMS consent checkbox before submitting. The checkbox is unchecked by default — you must check it yourself to opt in.
- Sign a service agreement with Rainier Facility Solutions that includes the SMS consent clause and initial the clause.

Message categories
If you opt in, you may receive the following categories of SMS messages from Rainier Facility Solutions:
- Service confirmations and reminders
- Account and scheduling updates
- Quote and estimate notifications
- Billing and invoice notices
- Customer-support replies
- Emergency dispatch coordination
- Recruiting and application updates
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your relationship with Rainier and the services you receive. Typical volumes:
- Recurring janitorial clients: 1–4 messages per week
- One-time and emergency clients: 2–6 messages per engagement
- Quote requesters: 1–3 messages while a quote is being prepared
- Job applicants: 1–5 messages per application cycle
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply based on the recipient's wireless plan. Rainier Facility Solutions does not charge for SMS messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Help and opt-out
To get help, reply HELP to any Rainier Facility Solutions text message, call 253-447-5676, or email hello@rainierfacilitysolutions.com.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any Rainier Facility Solutions text message. Other accepted opt-out keywords: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT. After you reply STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
Privacy of mobile information
Phone numbers and SMS opt-in information collected by Rainier Facility Solutions will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.
Mobile information is shared only for the limited operational purpose of delivering the SMS Program itself — for example, transmitting message content to our SMS service provider so it can be routed to your device — as described in Section 7 of our Privacy Policy.
